Bacon and Onion Quiche
Serves: 4
Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 50 minutes
Ingredients
4 Eggs
1.5 Cups milk
6 Lean bacon rashers, diced
1 Large onion, finely chopped
1/4 Cup finely chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
Parsley leaves to garnish
Method
- Grease a 26cm quiche or round dish
- Whist eggs and milk in a medium bowl until combined.
- Stir in bacon, onion and parsley.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour egg mixture into the prepared dish.
- Cook in a moderate over at 180C for about 50 minutes or until the quiche is set.
- Stand for 10 minutes to cool slightly before cutting.
- Garnish with parsley leaves.
- Serve quiche warm or cold.
